T-Mobile Drives Mobile Data Revenues through Content Synergies

T-Mobile and Odeon cinemas announced its first joint mobile data campaign today in association with the motion picture Signs. This prominent promotion comes on the heels of T-Mobile's work with brands such as the Walt Disney Internet Group, Sky Sports and the Telegraph online. German and Austrian campaigns include partners such as Bayern Munich, Sony Disney and Lord of the Rings. 

The Signs promotion, the latest in the delivery of superior mobile data services, is designed to promote Odeon's new mobile ticketing service through T-Mobile. The promotion will be targeted to T-Mobile's mobile data users in the UK, offering a chance to win a private screening of the film Signs — users are entered into the draw once for every ticket purchased through the Odeon ticketing service on T-Mobile throughout September.

T-Mobile's 3rd party content campaigns integrate all elements of the marketing mix. With a strong focus on mobile data, T-Mobile also works to educate dealers and retail partners; in addition to promoting campaigns through its associated web sites, and traditional advertising and direct mail channels.
