Second anniversary of specialist Doxford team brings new price plans for disabled customers

T-Mobile, one of the world’s leading mobile communications companies, today celebrates the second anniversary of its UK Disability Services Team, based at Doxford in Sunderland. As part of its celebrations, T-Mobile is introducing a range of promotional text-based price plans designed especially for deaf and hard of hearing people. 

The 30-strong Disability Services Team at Doxford offers free customer service support dedicated to T-Mobile’s 12,000 disabled customers, and helps connect over 150 new customers every week. T-Mobile offers price plans that focus on text-based communication and launched the first mobile textphone package in the UK at the end of last year. 

In recognition of the Doxford team’s anniversary, T-Mobile’s customers can now benefit from a promotion which extends the existing Text Time 250 price plan, specifically tailored for deaf and hard of hearing people, with two new additional price plans.

The two promotional plans being introduced are Text Time 500 and Text Time 1000. They offer outstanding value with 500 and 1000 inclusive text messages respectively to any UK network each month, and is perfect for customers for whom text is their principal means of mobile communication. 
Text Time 500 costs £28.50 and Text Time 1000 costs £54.50 per month. Any of the current handsets on offer in the range are available with the price plans. 

For new connections between now and 31st August 2003, T-Mobile is offering discounts of £5, £10 and £20 per month, for all these price plans, effective for three months from connection to T-Mobile.
